This 3D-printed furniture piece is designed by modeling the empty spaces inside human organs rather than their outer shapes. These internal cavities are digitally captured and inverted, turning what is normally invisible into the object’s structure. Instead of smooth, familiar furniture geometry, the form becomes irregular, layered, and ribbed—echoing the compression, folding, and density of living tissue.
