RHINOCEROS: A Steel Structural Installation

Materials: Steel Rods

The structure was modeled in Rhino, where all connection angles were computationally generated and coordinated prior to fabrication. Steel rods were then cut and welded to match the digital model, assembled in three sections, and secured on site around a concrete column, located in the USC Architecture Watt Hall Basement as an installation piece representing the Bachelor's of Science Architecture + Inventive Technologies Program.
